About Forest Hill Partners
Forest Hill makes equity investments in middle market companies throughout the United States. We specialize in partnering with management teams to facilitate corporate
spin-offs, turnarounds, family succession transactions, recapitalizations, buy-and-build strategies and management buyouts.
We invest in companies with the potential for significant future revenue and cash flow growth. We look for exceptional management teams to be in-place or we will bring them in as part of the transaction.
FHP’s goal is to realize superior rates of return through long-term capital gains. Transaction opportunities are
handled promptly and in strict confidence. We are generally the majority investor in our portfolio
companies. Management invests with us in every transaction and is strongly incented via an ownership stake in the company.
